About Doctor :
Former Professor and HOD of Cardiology, Govt Medical College, Trivandrum. Former Director of Kerala Heart Foundation. Honorary Cardiologist to Governor of Kerala. Worked in medical education service for 36 years and has trained several MD and DM students during last 3 decades. Has 72 publications in national and international journals. Former president of Kerala chapters of Cardiological society of India, Indian Academy of Echocardiography, Interventional cardiology council of Kerala and Indian College of cardiology. He is well versed in coronary interventions, pacemaker implantations as well as echocardiography techniques. He is an invited faculty for most of the cardiology meetings within the state and at national level. He has guided several research projects related to cardiology during last 3 decades. He had been examiner for DM Cardiology for several universities in the country as well as for National Board.
